*Know well the condition of your flock. (Proverbs 27:23-27) We are sensitive to the needs and heart condition of each member. We strive to equip and release people into the ministries God has for them.
*The horse is prepared for battle, but the victory comes from the Lord. We promote an atmosphere of love and security as we believe for God to restore and heal broken hearts.
*Jesus sent out the disciples in pairs. No church should be a "one man show". We are a body, and each member depends upon the other members.
OUR VISION:
Our vision, purpose, and passion is to help in reaching the Chippewa Valley for Christ. In doing so, we will restore the foundations of our faith, promote a community of love, and create an atmosphere of hope. (Isaiah 58:22)
Vision is very important to any human undertaking. It is vision that unites us and gives us purpose. As it says in Proverbs 29:18: "When people lose sight of their God given vision they lose restraint, and purpose." Ultimately all things undertaken by people without vision will perish. When we follow God's guidance, however, we are happy and blessed.
Our goal at Restoration Church is to instill a sense of vision in each of our members. The individual vision that God has for each person's life and also the vision that has been given to our church as a whole.
WE WILL STRIVE TO:
* Seek for God's direction by prayer, fasting, and Godly counsel.
* Immerse the congregation in an atmosphere conducive to restoring and equipping each member.
* Demonstrate genuine love, care, compassion, commitment, trust, hope, encouragement, and acceptance.
* Promote an atmosphere of warmth and security.
* Equip members into the ministry God has for them..
* Release members into the ministry for which they are equipped.
* Lead the way by demonstrating exemplary life styles for others to follow.
